Goh Chan Peng
is the chief executive officer of the Beyonics Group.
Since joining Beyonics in May 2000, he re-modelled Beyonics into a global
manufacturing partner-of-choice through vertically integrated
manufacturing. He also spearheaded the company’s transformation from a
precision engineering company to an integrated Electronics Manufacturing
Service (EMS) solutions provider for Original Equipment Manufacturers
(OEMs).
Described variously as adventurous, focused, passionate, hard charging and
dynamic, CP infuses Beyonics with his own brand of energetic discipline and
spirit.
Prior to Beyonics, CP spent nearly 18 years at Flextronics, where he held a
number of senior leadership positions in Finance and Operations. As Chief
Financial Officer of Flextronics, he played a significant role in the
listing of Flextronics on the NASDAQ in United States of America, and he
also raised equity and debt instruments of more than US$500 million during
his tenure in Flextronics.
CP, born in September 1954, grew up in Singapore. He holds a Bachelor of
Commerce degree from Nanyang University in Singapore.

Pawan
Kumar Birla is the Director and Chief Financial Officer of PT. Patco
Elektronik Teknologi and heads the Finance, Procurement, IT/MIS and Logistics.
He joined Patco in January 2001 as CFO and was inducted into Board of
Directors of Patco in year 2003. Birla worked for 9 years at senior
management positions in Nugra Santana Group of Indonesia. Birla also headed
finance and commercial department for 6 years in public listed companies of
Birla Group in India and for 5 years in Indo-Rama Group in Thailand. Birla
is a non-practising member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of
India and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Shri Ram College Of
Commerce(SRCC) the University of Delhi, India.

Tadashi
Otsuka
Technical
Director
Tadashi Otsuka is Technical Director of PT. Patco Elektronik Teknologi. He
is responsible for Engineering Department and Mechanical Assembly operations
of Patco. He joined Patco in April 1997 and for few years was assigned to
associate company of Patco. Otsuka is also expert in Coil Winding
operations. Prior to joining Patco, Otsuka spent 16 years at KDN TRUST
Group of Japan, a leading coil winding maker.

& Administration Director
IGK Manila, a former Major
General of Indonesian Army and a well-known personality in Indonesia, joined PT Patco as HR and Administration Director
in year 2009. Mr Manila has held various senior positions in government
departments and sports bodies of Indonesia, including National Olympic Committee of
Indonesia (KONI).
Mr Manila was born in
Singaraja, Bali, July 8 1942. He graduated from Indonesian Military
Academy, Army General Staff College and Achmad Yani University, with S1
degree from Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Indonesia. He was
also awarded honorary doctorates from North California University and US
Sport Academy, USA.
